RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Futura 2400™ and Futura 2000™
Beaming White, LLC ("Beaming White") has a 7-day return policy for the Futura 2400 and Futura 2000 lamps counting from the day the customer receives the lamp. The lamp must be in new condition for a return to be accepted. Shipping is non-refundable and customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the lamp back to Beaming White. Lamp must be shipped using a method that allows for tracking. Customer must receive an RMA number from Beaming White prior to shipping the lamp back. Customer is responsible for shipping the lamp to Beaming White and must include the RMA number. If the lamp was purchased as part of a package or shipping was not charged for any reason, then $50 will be deducted from the refund to cover the original shipping and handling cost to the customer. If any supplies were given for free as part of a package, the value of these supplies, calculated using Beaming White's list price, will be deducted from the refund.

iBrite (all models of iBrite lamps)
All sales of any iBrite lamp are final. No return or exchange allowed. Any warranty issue must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. See warranty information below.

Supplies (including but not limited to teeth whitening kits, touch-up pens, syringes, take-home kits, cheek retractors, finger wipes, pre-filled trays, mouth trays, vitamin E swabs, etc)
All sales of supplies are final. No return or exchange allowed.

Teeth Shade Guides
Beaming White has a 7-day return policy for any teeth shade guide counting from the day the customer receives the product, as long as the security seal on the box of the teeth shade guide has not been broken. We cannot accept returns of a teeth shade guide if the guide’s individual box has been opened.

Facial Beds and Mesh Recliners
All sales of facial beds are final. No return or exchange allowed.

 

WARRANTIES

Futura 2400™
Beaming White offers a 2-year warranty for parts and labor on the Futura 2400 lamp. The warranty on this lamp is extended indefinitely as long as the customer has been buying an average of 10 kits per month per lamp. Customer must receive an RMA number from Beaming White prior to shipping the lamp back. Customer is responsible for shipping the lamp to Beaming White and must include the RMA number. We will test it and if there is anything wrong with the lamp, we will repair it including replacing any necessary parts. Beaming White will cover the cost of returning the lamp to the customer. If the problem is with the head of the lamp or with the power supply, then the replacement part will be shipped to the customer at Beaming White’s expense and the customer can replace the part (they are very easy to replace). Original invoice required for warranty repair.

Futura 2000™
Beaming White offers a 1-year warranty for parts and labor on the Futura 2000 lamp. The warranty on this lamp is extended indefinitely as long as the customer has been buying an average of 10 kits per month per lamp. Customer must receive an RMA number from Beaming White prior to shipping the lamp back. Customer is responsible for shipping the lamp to Beaming White and must include the RMA number. We will test it and if there is anything wrong with the lamp, we will repair it including replacing any necessary parts. Beaming White will cover the cost of returning the lamp to the customer. iBrite
The iBrite lamps have a 90-day warranty on parts and a one-year warranty on labor. After the parts warranty has expired, customer will have to pay for the parts in the event of a repair. The warranty is offered by the manufacturer of the lamp, and all repair issues must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
